Each session is a stand-alone treatment focused on relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing, rather than clinical pain treatment. You’re welcome to explore different therapies and notice what feels most supportive for you. If you are experiencing ongoing pain or injury, then The Jing Method is the most appropriate place to start instead.

AromaSpa massage treatments blend Swedish, spa-style massage and aromatherapy to create deeply calming, nurturing sessions. Choose from the 45 minute Back, face and scalp massage , the 60 minute massage, or 90 minute Top to Toe experience; these treatments all use long, flowing strokes and carefully chosen essential oils to encourage deep relaxation, ease stress, and help you switch off. Pregnancy massage is also available, adapted for comfort and safety, using plain oils and plenty of supportive positioning.

Reflexology offers gentle, focused work on the feet to support balance throughout the body. It can feel deeply grounding and restorative, with many clients finding it supportive for stress, fatigue, and general wellbeing.
Reiki can be booked as a full session or added onto another treatment, offering subtle energetic support to help you feel calmer, more centred, and gently held.
