The Jing Method
Massage for chronic pain in Worthing
The Jing Method™ brings together advanced bodywork from East and West—trigger point work, fascia, acupressure and stretching—grounded in modern pain science, with a biopsychosocial approach. Read on to explore how this can support your body, pain levels, and overall wellbeing.
Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy
As an advanced Jing Method™ clinical massage therapist, I support a wide range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions, including low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia, and other persistent injury or pain patterns.

I use a blend of fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching, and tailored self-care guidance to reduce pain and improve movement—often within 1–6 sessions, depending on your body, history, and goals.

My approach is evidence-informed, intuitive, and person-centred. I take time to understand both your physical and emotional landscape, working alongside you to create meaningful, sustainable change.

I have a particular interest in supporting women who have experienced emotional trauma, where pain can be held in both the body and nervous system. My private cabin is a calm, supportive, and nurturing space where you can soften, feel safe, and truly relax.
