The Emotional Reset is a gently held session for times when life feels overwhelming or emotionally heavy. Using a blend of myofascial release and holistic therapies, it supports your nervous system to settle, release tension, and feel more grounded. Each session is tailored to what you need on the day, with space for quiet, touch, and gentle support.

Bringing you back into your body

Life can feel a lot sometimes. Big emotions like grief, anger, shock, or sadness can show up in the body as tension, pain, anxiety, and overwhelm. In those moments, having a safe, calm space to simply "be" can make all the difference.

The Emotional Reset sessions offer a gentle time-out for your nervous system. Whether you are navigating exhaustion, bereavement, burnout, or emotional turbulence, this session is designed to hold you with care using a blend of holistic therapies.

Bodywork helps quiet your stress responses and guide you back toward calm. Each session is shaped around what you need on the day, with no set routine.

​

I will draw on my full therapeutic toolkit, which may include myofascial release, Western and Thai massage, stretching, still point work, reflexology, Reiki, trigger points, acupressure, aromatherapy, and gentle guided visualisation. There is also space to talk, if that feels supportive. 

​

Sessions are available in 45 or 90 minutes. You will receive a consultation form beforehand so I can plan your session, meaning more of your time is spent on the treatment couch, not filling out paperwork.
